42. Changes to These Terms

Where required by law, we may provide additional notice of a material change.

Your continued use of the Website after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

43. Severability

If a court or competent authority determines that part of these Terms is unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable:

  • That provision will be interpreted or limited to the minimum extent necessary.
  • The remaining provisions will remain in effect.
  • Where possible, the invalid provision will be replaced by a valid provision that most closely reflects its original purpose.

44. No Waiver

A failure or delay in enforcing a provision of these Terms does not waive the right to enforce it later.

45. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the policies and notices incorporated into them, constitute the entire agreement between you and Homelab Addiction concerning your use of the Website.

47. Governing Law

These Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising from or connected with them are governed by the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Mandatory rights available under the laws of your country of residence are not excluded where they legally apply.

48. Dispute Resolution

Before beginning formal legal proceedings, you agree to make a reasonable effort to resolve the dispute directly with us.

The notice should include:

  • A description of the dispute
  • The relevant page, communication, or event
  • The outcome you are requesting

The parties should allow at least 30 days after receipt of a complete notice to attempt an informal resolution, unless urgent legal relief is reasonably necessary.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Sri Lanka, except where applicable law gives you a mandatory right to bring a claim elsewhere.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or protective relief where reasonably necessary.
